This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the treatment. Full payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of £25. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be charged the full treatment cost. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling, at the discretion of the clinic. 5. Liability The clinic will not be liable for any adverse reactions or side effects resulting from treatments if the client fails to disclose relevant health information or follow aftercare instructions. 8. Unforeseen Circumstances In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, power outages, or other emergencies that force the clinic to close, clients will be notified as soon as possible. Appointments will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If a client experiences an emergency and cannot attend their appointment, please inform the clinic as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule the appointment without penalty, though this may not always be possible. 9.
