Cancellation Policy
1. Appointments All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or in person at the clinic. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Please review all the details in the email and notify us of any discrepancies immediately. 2. Payment A non-refundable deposit of £25 is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the treatment. Full payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of £25. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be charged the full treatment cost. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling, at the discretion of the clinic. 5. Health and Safety An initial consultation form must be completed before your appointment to ensure the treatment is suitable for your skin type and condition. It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the treatment. 6. Client Responsibilities Please wear comfortable clothing and remove any jewellery before the treatment. Follow all precare and aftercare instructions provided by your therapist to achieve the best results and avoid adverse effects. 7. Liability The clinic will not be liable for any adverse reactions or side effects resulting from treatments if the client fails to disclose relevant health information or follow aftercare instructions. 8. Unforeseen Circumstances In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, power outages, or other emergencies that force the clinic to close, clients will be notified as soon as possible. Appointments will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If a client experiences an emergency and cannot attend their appointment, please inform the clinic as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule the appointment without penalty, though this may not always be possible. 9. Changes to Terms and Conditions The clinic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and clients will be notified of any changes that may affect their bookings.
